Shipping Policy

Ship date

Founding Family preorders are scheduled to ship on September 30, 2026. Orders are charged when placed, not when shipped.

If we are going to be late

We follow the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. If we cannot ship by the date above, we will:

• email you before that date to tell you so;
• give you a specific revised shipping date; and
• give you a clear, one-step way to cancel for a full refund instead of accepting the delay — no questions, no restocking fee.

If you do not want to wait, you cancel and we refund everything you paid. That promise is on the front page of this site and it is binding.

Where we ship

United States addresses only, including APO/FPO where the carrier allows it. We do not ship internationally at this time. Stripe collects and validates your shipping address at checkout; we do not collect it ourselves.

Tracking

When your unit is dispatched we will email you the carrier and tracking number. Until then there is nothing to track — a preorder is a reservation, not a package.

Shipping cost

TODO — LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED. Whether shipping is included in the Founding Family price, and the carrier and service level, are not yet fixed. Confirm before the first dispatch and before this page goes to a Stripe account review.

Damaged or lost in transit

TODO — LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED. Claim window and replacement process to be drafted.
