Getting it to you

Shipping Policy

Last updated August 25, 2026 · Policy version 2026-08-25 · Seecose LLC

This policy forms part of the Terms of Sale. Everything promised here is a term of your purchase, not a courtesy we can withdraw.

Ship date

Founding Family preorders are scheduled to ship on September 30, 2026. Orders are charged when placed, not when shipped.

If we are going to be late

We follow the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. If we cannot ship by the date above, we will:

If you do not want to wait, you cancel and we refund everything you paid. That promise is on the front page of this site and it is binding.

Where we ship

United States addresses only, including APO/FPO where the carrier allows it. We do not ship internationally at this time. Stripe collects and validates your shipping address at checkout; we do not collect it ourselves.

Tracking

When your unit is dispatched we will email you the carrier and tracking number. Until then there is nothing to track — a preorder is a reservation, not a package.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping within the United States is free, and is included in the Founding Family price. There is no separate shipping charge at checkout, and the total you are shown before you pay is the total you are charged, apart from any sales tax calculated for your address.

We select the carrier and service level at dispatch. Expedited shipping is not offered for Founding Family orders.

Damaged or lost in transit

Arrived damaged: tell us within 14 days of delivery at Support@Seecose.com with your order number and a photograph of the damage and the packaging. We ship a replacement at our cost. You do not pay return shipping on a unit damaged in transit, and there is no restocking fee.

Never arrived: if tracking has not shown delivery within 30 days of the date we emailed you a tracking number, tell us and we will either ship a replacement or refund you in full — your choice. If a carrier records a delivery you did not receive, contact us anyway; we will open a carrier claim with you rather than leave you to do it alone.

Damage caused after delivery — drops, spills, power surges — is not a transit claim. See the warranty in the Terms of sale.
